For sure crazy time... I am late posting today because... well, because these are crazy times.

Right at this moment, I am feeling overwhelmed by everything.  There are lots of things to be done, no places to go, and plenty of time for... what? Worry, action, distraction, fear, anger, joy, peace, love, hate, blame, despair, envy, activism, art, music... ah, music... well for the purpose, of E2TG today, I am going to stick to music.

Seriously, there are some good people doing good things these days, and plenty of opportunities to help in whatever way you can and how you feel led. I hope to post some links and things soon.

Today was my last day in my office for some period of time (at least two weeks), so the shuffle for the time being will not be my commute - it doesn't even take one song to make it from my bed to my chair.

But, today I did commute, and it was pouring down rain this morning, but there was very little traffic.  Let's just get to the shuffle. I have a whole list of things to do... (see above).

Be safe and stay in touch with people.  We have unprecedented ways to keep in touch.  We can isolate physically while staying connected.  Peace!

Oh, yeah, Happy St. Patrick's Day.  eh... cheers.

A nifty little shuffle of new and not so new songs. To delight and inspire...

My last night out before the quarantine, I saw Stuffy. I can't wait to see him again.  Here is a cool song to tide us all over.

Singer-songwriter, originally from New Zealand, based in L.A.

"Even the Radio" by Runner of the Woods (from Thirsty Valley)

Some radio music from Nashville's own Runner of the Woods. 

"Illusions" by Sammy Boller (from Kingdom of the Sun)

Our first listen to an instrumental album from an innovative guitar player. 

"Through the Night" by The Losing Touch (from Through the Night - single)

This is a song that is our current Featured Friday Playlist.  The Losing Touch are a UK band who released their debut EP last year. This is a single that was released last Friday. 

"Calling All Angels" by Jane Siberry (Feat. k.d. lang) (from Until the End of the World O.S.T.)

I don't even know what to say about something from Until the End of the World coming up on the shuffle now of all times. Wim Wenders is one of my favorite directors, I love this film, and I especially love this soundtrack. 

"Using Again" by Tim Carroll (from All You Need is More)

I am finding it hard to believe that there won't be any Tim Carroll Rock and Roll Happy Hours in the near future. So, glad this song came up today. 

"Nacht der Untoten" by Musta Paraati (from Black Parade)

We close with an album we featured in 2018. This Finnish band released this - their first album in 34 years, and there first album in English - even though the title of this song is not in English. The title translates to Night of the Living Dead... okay... maybe I shouldn't have translated that...
