I was unexpectedly out on Friday, but I did manage to post a new Featured Friday Playlist.  Please check it out, and tune in to Ear to the Ground radio tomorrow morning to hear some of those songs. 

Today, we shuffle up our Music City Monday playlist with a collection of songs by Nashville artists past and present.

"There She Goes" by Sour Ops (from X - 2021)

First up, we have a track from the early 2021 release from veteran Nashville/Memphis power pop artist Price Harrison and his band Sour Ops. 

"Mating Call" by Carrus & Kurtz (from The Genius Of... Vol 1: There Are No Words - 2020)

Next, we go back to the first volume of the Genius Of... series of albums from the duo of Adam Kurtz and Cameron Carrus. 

"You're Never Gonna Go to Deep Space" by Ryan Sobb and the Dead Mall (from Carnival Shapes - 2021)

Next up, another great track from the outstanding 2021 release from the red hot Ryan Sobb and the Dead Mall. 

"The Password" by Ron Gallo (from Stardust Birthday Party - 2018)

Next, we go all the way back to 2018 and this release from Nashville by way of Philadelphia band Ron Gallo. 

"Born Blue" by Elijah Ocean (from Born Blue - 2021)

Nashville by way of L.A. singer-songwriter Elijah Ocean with the title track from his album released last year. 

"Back Around" by Zach Schmidt (from Raise A Banner - 2021)

One of my favorite albums of 2021 was one I had been waiting on for a long time. Singer-songwriter Zach Schmidt. 

"Heart B 4 The Head" by The Smoking Flowers (from Let's Die Together - 2018)

And we close this shuffle with an album going back to 2018 from E2TG and East Nashville favorites - Kim and Scott Collins - aka The Smoking Flowers.
