In the before times, Jesse Correll used to host a songwriters night - which puts him in the category of songwriters who support their fellow songwriters. His new album is out and he worked with my fellow WXNA DJ Anne McCue. Great stuff.

A new single from Sophie & the Broken Things - I caught Sophie doing a solo set on Monday night. She sounded great, and I love this new song.

Next up, we have the second single from the upcoming debut solo album by L.A. based singer-songwriter Dillon Vanders. I have quickly become a fan of his music.

A timely new single from Will Kimbrough - co-written by Rich McCulley.

Next up, we have the new single from E2TG favorites Klammer - the UK band led by Steve Whitfield.
"Wrong Town" by Steve Poltz
Steve Poltz is now based in Nashville but he emerged out of Southern California with singer-songwriter Jewell. Poltz has a unique sound and energy and he is so much fun to see live . His new album Stardust and Satellites is out now and this is the lead track.

Austin based singer-songwriter Terry Klein has a new album Good Luck, Take Care, and we have the lead track.
"Nobody Makes It out Alive" by Nilsen's Southern Harmony
The new single from Nilsen's Southern Harmony is a great place to stop off on our recap of this week's shuffle - a great tune featuring some amazing guests.
