Last night, I finally got around to loading a bunch of music into my phone. I now have over 10,000 songs in my phone music player. These include music submissions to E2TG, a few albums from my personal collection, and some random music downloads from over the years. Plus an assorted mix CD or two or three. I think at least one or two in today's shuffle came from last night's upload.

"My Guitar Has a Long Memory" by Donna Frost (from Girls Like Us - 2009)
First up, we have a song, I played on Greetings from Nashville - by a true Nashville legend. Donna Frost broke onto the Nashville music scene when her band The Bunnies were among the first wave of Nashville 80s Rock.
"Lonesome No More" by Ten Penny Gypsy (from Fugitive Heart - 2020)
E2TG favorites Ten Penny Gypsy return to the shuffle with a track from their excellent 2020 album.
"Ivy" by Robin Guthrie (from Pearldiving - 2021)
Scottish musician Robin Guthrie released his first full-length album in nine years last November, and it is a good one.
"Thank You B.B." by Jackson Price & the Blues Rockets (from I Used to Have Fun - 2019)
Going back to late 2019 and a release from this New Mexico based blues-rock band. Really great stuff.
"John Clare" by Philip Parfitt (from Mental Home Recordings - 2020)
British singer-songwriter Philip Parfitt (The Perfect Disaster) from his 2020 release on A Turntable Friend Records.
"Candyland" by Moldy Peaches (from Moldy Peaches - Origin Story (1994-1999) - 2022)
The New York band Moldy Peaches reached critical mass when one of their songs was featured in the hit movie Juno in 2007. This compilation released just a couple of months ago - tells the story of the band's earliest days. This is a brief playful number.
"Nineteen Steely-Two" by Adam Kurtz (from Storms of Steel - 2020)
In-demand Pedal Steel player and Buck 'n' Stuff founder, Adam "Ditch" Kurtz, released this song by song pedal steel cover of Randy Travis' 1986 debut album Storms of Life. This is a cover of the 6th song on the album, "1982" which was written by Buddy Blackmon and Vip Vipperman.
"Evening Star" by Lumiere Tales (from Lunarium - 2019)
Lumiere Tales is the solo project of Ivan Solas. The music on this album includes celtic harp, pan flute, and guitar along side electronic music elements. This was released in December 2019 and we got hold of it in 2020.
"Those Old Demons" by Darlin' Brando (from Also, Too... - 2020)
And, we close with a track from a favorite 2020 release from the L.A. based singer-songwriter who goes by the name Darlin' Brando.
