Our friends at Audible Treats have released the second side of the new Double EP from Jack Davey. We've given a listen and offer a two ears up recommendation (okay, I just made that up and it' pretty stupid, but I do recommend you check out Jack Davey!)
Jack Davey, one half of the electronic soul duo J*DaVeY, has opened for Prince, the Roots, Erykah Badu and Janelle Monáe, and was featured as LA Weekly’s Beautiful People cover story in 2011. Jack has risen into the role of a solo artist after the birth of her first child and a period of artistic stagnation. Davey learned to play guitar in the process of crafting her new double EP L0-F!. Both sides of the EP reveal distinct traits from her personality, with Side A being released October 2nd, and Side B following on November 6th. The deluxe edition includes both EP’s and new songs, and will be released on December 11th.
The first side was released on October 2.
Keep an eye out. On December 11 a deluxe edition featuring both sides of the double EP and some additional music will be released.
