Friday Morning Music Shuffle - That Day in November Mix

Lot's of music - let's get to it...

"Every Day" by The Autumn Defense (from Once Around. The first of two from the Chicago-based purveyors of 60s/70s sounding Pop Music.)

"John, I'm Only Dancing" by David Bowie (from Ziggy Stardust. )

"Nothin at All" by The Autumn Defense (from The Green Hour.)

"Spillage" by The Minutemen (from Double Nickels on the Dime.)

"Four Transcriptions from Emerson: No. 1 (beg.)" by Charles Ives (from Ives Plays Ives: The Complete Recordings of Charles Ives at the Piano.  Charles Ives!)

"Try One More Time" by Mark Robinson (from Quit Your Job - Play Guitar.  An expended smooth Blues song from one of the best Blues players around)

"Edge of Seventeen" by Stevie Nicks (from Bella Donna)

"The Autumn Defense #3" by Thax Douglas (from Where the Earth May Roll To Next. Thax Douglas is a rock poet originally from Chicago and now living in Austin.  Appropriate that this came up on a day when there were two The Autumn Defense  songs in the mix.)

"Heart Inside of You" by April Kry (from Music Speaks EP.)

"Where We Go From Here" by Solardrive (from Solardrive.)

"White Christmas" by Annie Sellick (from Let's Make a Christmas Memory. The Irving Berlin classic.)

"Opening Day" by Peter Cooper (from Opening Day.  Acclaimed Nashville Singer/Songwriter and music writer Peter Cooper - makes an admirable addition to the rock and roll baseball music pantheon.)

"Billy Hunt" by The Jam (from All Mod Cons.  One of my faves!)

"Sunsick on Fisher Street" by bellwire (from SummEP.  I really dig this band.)

"Duck and Cover" by Glen Phillips (from Winter Pays for Summer. a song from the Toad the Wet Sprockets singer's 2005 album.)
