Short-Sighted People in Power (Deluxe Edition)
One of my favorite releases of 2020 was Short-Sighted People In Power by Nashville's My Politic. The duo just announced a deluxe edition of the album which can now be pre-ordered on vinyl. This edition includes two new songs, and you can get a digital download now if you pre-order HERE
One of the new songs, "Driving Around", adds a local touch to the album while maintaining the consistency of the theme and the concept. You can check it out below

"Cemetery Blues" by Afton Wolfe
Afton Wolfe's long-awaited new album Kings for Sale is finally here, and we have a track from the album in the playlist today - joining the earlier singles we already featured. This is a good one.
"8:30" by Marla Mase
New music from E2TG favorite Marla Mase. The singer-songwriter and performance artist employees her always effective combination of singing and spoken word in this timely song. There is a message and a groove - a great combination always.
"Have You Ever?" by Tayls
As we anticipate the debut full-length from Tayls, coming in July - we have another new single. They have become one of my favorite bands over the last year or so.
"Soon Enough" by Nilsen's Southern Harmony (feat. Rebekka Lundstrom)
Next up, we have a summery love song from singer-songwriter Bjoern Nilsen (co-written with Lawson Vallery). Joining Nilsen and his band on the track is Rebekka Lundstrom (who released her debut last year and who has a new single coming soon). Great Norwegian Americana.

And, we close with some great sub-artic indie-rock from The Yukon with their latest single.
