24. "Cool California" by Wet Tropics
Chicago-based indie punk band who recently issued their debut album on vinyl. The album was first released and sold out on cassette in November of last year. The album is called Everybody Get In
25. "Isla" by Film School
One of two recent single from the California indie rock band that first formed in 1998.
26. "Cinnamon Toast" by Lenny
Lenny, an indie folk/pop singer from British Columbia, returns to the Playlist with a track from her debut EP Personal Celebrity.
27. "I Love You Maybe" by Memoryy
Next up, a song written for a Madonna-themed documentary called Smelly Little Town.
28. "Free of This Disease" by Jai Agnish
And, we close this penultimate section of the playlist with a track from this New Jersey-based indie/electro artist. A great way to close us out for the day.

"Without Blue" by Lori Kelley (from Under Stars and Storms - 2019)
We start the shuffle today with a track from the 2019 album by Nashville singer-songwriter Lori Kelley - a long-time E2TG favorite.
"Stay" by Cat Power (from Wanderer - 2018)
This one came to me from the 2018 edition of an annual mix CD a friend has done for years. From the 10th studio album by the singer-songwriter who got her start in Atlanta in the early 1990s.
"(Too Much Time) Wasting My Time With You" by Tom Savage (from Great Beyond - 2019)
Next up, we have a track from the 2019 album that introduced me to Toronto based singer-songwriter Tom Savage.
"Clandestine Valentine" by David J (from Missive to An Angel from the Halls of Infamy and Allure - 2019)
David John Haskins is best known as the bassist for Bauhaus and Love and Rockets. I have been fortunate enough to be on the mailing list to get some of his recent solo work, which is outstanding. This is from an excellent 2019 release.
"December Static" by Joe Goodkin (from Paper Arrows - 2019)
I would say out of the non-Nashville musicians I have written about on E2TG, the vast majority, I have never met in person. Fortunately, Chicago singer-songwriter Joe Goodkin is an exception. I hooked him up with a couple of local favorites who put together a show at Dee's a couple of years back. It was great to meet him and hear him in person.
"Lead" by Gerbils (from Are You Sleepy - 1998)
The 1998 debut album by Elephant 6 band The Gerbils was reissued back in 2019. The album was produced by the band and Elephant 6 co-founder Bill Doss. And the reissue was the first release by the resurrected Elephant 6 label.
"Going Back to the Sky" by RB Morris (from Going Back to the Sky - 2019)
Knoxville poet and singer-songwriter RB Morris released this album - inspired by his early days "on the road" in Europe in early 2020 - and I attended a release show just before the shut down - but the official US release didn't happen until just about one year ago.
"Metal" by Nathan Bell (from Loves Bones and Stars, Love's Bones and Stars - 2018)
Like RB Morris - Nathan Bell is a Tennessee songwriter who has ties to Nashville but who no longer lives here. I first caught him at a round at The Bluebird Cafe and then later saw him at the 2nd incarnation of The Family Wash. This is from one of two album he released in 2018. He has become an E2TG favorite.
