"Survival" by Gina Sicilia (single - 2021)
The latest single from E2TG favorite Gina Sicilia is a cover of a song by the band America. Sicilia really makes the song her own.
"When I'm With You" by Wilderwater (feat. Erin Rae) (from ONE - 2021)
We featured the first single from Wilderwater (the new project from Nashville's Aaron Shafer-Haiss) which featured Kyshona Armstrong. The full EP is out now and today with have a track featuring the one and only Erin Rae.
"Nacho Business - Live" by Ghost Town Remedy (single - 2021)
E2TG favorites Ghost Town Remedy follow their recent Dry Spell album with this live version of a song from that album. One of the funnest bands around.
"Early Roman Kings" by Peter Case (single - 2021)
The first taste from Peter Case's new album - The Midnight Broadcast (due March 12) is this wonderful cover of a Bob Dylan song (off Tempest). The new album is mostly covers (with one older, unreleased Peter Case song). It is always great to hear the great Peter Case making new music.
"Where Were You Before?" by Feralman (single 2021)
Next up, we have our first listen - but the third single from Welsh/Australian singer-songwriter Feralman. Really lovely song.
"Winter" by The Storm Petrels (from Seasons - 2021)
Next up, we have a seasonally appropriate track from this 3 piece band bases in Nashville, London, and Brighton. Actually, no matter the season - all four songs on the Seasons EP are appropriate.
"Fly" by Grant Hill & M.O.S. (from Fly - 2021)
Next, we have the title track from the debut album by L.A. based Grant Hill & M.O.S. A wonderful debut - and I expect to hear much more.
"Keep on Moving" by Jon Randall (single - 2021)
Next up, we have the first single in 15 years from Grammy-winning songwriter/producer/performer Jon Randall. Randall's songwriting credits are impressive, and this is a great songs.
"Milk of Tragedy" by Arsenic Tea Party (from The Really Not Good Times EP - 2021)
Switching things up, we have some fun punk-metal music from Michigan. Our first listen to this band that formed in 2014.
"I Don't Mind" by The Boys With The Perpetual Nervousness (from Songs From Another Life - 2021)
And, we close out this initial segment of our playlist with a track from the new album by this jangle pop duo from Scotland and Spain. You really have to love a band whose name is longer than either their song title or their album title. Great stuff.
